The ICG custom home building process involves the following steps:

• Meeting to establish goals and desires; determine if ICG can fulfill goals and desires; make a verbal plan
• Determine/confirm home location and begin plan design
• Supply rough pricing for wish list
• Meeting with in-house interior designer to make selections and finalize pricing
• Sign contract
• Proceed to build home
