“While driving through Westfall in Chapel Hill, we loved the design of an ICG home that was available for sale, but when we went back for a second visit to learn more, that home was already under contract. After doing extensive research on other home builders in the area, we determined that we wanted to work with ICG Homes due to the high quality of craftsmanship that we were not seeing with other builders. Our real estate agent put us in contact with ICG’s Ryan Perry to discuss another new construction opportunity he had available in Westfall. The building process was just getting underway, so we were able to come into it early enough to customize the plan to fit our needs. The whole team at ICG was wonderful to work with. We always felt Ryan was very fair, and project managers Taylor and Kevin were very attentive to our needs and responsive throughout the process. Great strengths of ICG are the options and details offered in their home designs and the talent of their subcontractors. We are very happy with the final outcome of our new home and we highly recommend ICG Homes to other buyers!
“We recently relocated from Pittsburgh, and were unfamiliar with builders in North Carolina, so we asked our banking representative for a referral, and after she considered our criteria — which included honesty, creative ability, good relationships with both clients and sub contractors, and keeping on a time line — she recommended Ryan with ICG Homes. And we are certainly glad she did. After meeting with Ryan, we felt he listened well to what we wanted in our home and he made helpful suggestions. He never pressured us and always offered practical and reasonable advice. Ryan showed us a variety of homes and advised us on ways we could use specific aspects of different plans to customize a home for us. Actually seeing his designs helped us make better decisions in planning our home. He helped us understand how different home designs would fit on our lot and discussed with us where the house would be positioned on the property. Now that the building process is underway, we have been very impressed with all of Ryan’s professional representatives. Every aspect is explained to us and every concern is answered as they work to make our house a home. The process has been unbelievable. It has gone so well, we can’t believe it. When we text Ryan or Stacey, we receive a response immediately and no questions are irrelevant. When we selected finishes for our house, such as tile, flooring, and lights, Stacey was there with us. She takes great pride in her work. Everything is staying on schedule with our construction process. When we built our first home 42 years ago in Pittsburgh, everything was a challenge, never knowing when something would be completed. When Ryan says something will be done on a specific day, you are guaranteed that the workers are there working. We have already told several friends about ICG Homes and will keep telling people. It is a rare thing to find a builder like Ryan Perry.” Bill and Patty Maseth
