We were first introduced to ICG Homes when we visited an open house in Rolesville's Carlton Pointe. After much research and consideration, we selected ICG as our home builder based on their floor plans and home designs. We specifically fell in love with The Colton plan. This design best fit the essentials we were looking for in new construction. Once work began on our home, it was exciting to see it go from ground breaking to the beautiful house we live in today. Features that we are really enjoying include an elegant kitchen (that we get many compliments on) with a ginormous walk-in pantry, the first floor master suite that is not only absolutely gorgeous but also spacious enough for our king sized bedroom furniture that I refused to give up, and ample walk-in storage space that we don’t have to climb up a ladder to get to… So important when you start maturing! My husband was also looking for a special design for the bonus room; his vision was to use a projector to see his games on the wall instead of buying a large screen TV, which happened to double as an excellent movie screen for me! We are loving the Mancave/She Shed! This was our first custom home experience and we were astonished with the overwhelming factors involved at each stage. Project managers Don and Joe were excellent to work with as they consistently displayed professionalism, care, and empathy while providing their expertise and knowledge throughout the build. ICG owner Ryan Perry was easy to communicate with when needed. He made us feel valued and deserving of his attention; not just another project on the books. As the home building process was completed, it was reassuring to hear from our home inspector that we have a well-constructed home.
