While building speculative new homes in communities throughout the Triangle, ICG also works with clients to custom design and build their homes. The ICG team recognizes that purchasing a home can potentially be a stressful situation; they therefore work diligently to make each home building experience relaxed and enjoyable for everyone involved.

The ICG custom home building process involves the following steps:

Meeting to establish goals and desires; determine if ICG can fulfill goals and desires; make a verbal plan
Determine/confirm home location and begin plan design
Supply rough pricing for wish list
Meeting with in-house interior designer to make selections and finalize pricing
Sign contract
Proceed to build home
